Living in a tiny house has become a course for some individuals: bachelors, bachelorettes, and couples. For the time being, people go for simplified, and minimal living as well. With such a small space, you only need less. To your surprise, you only spend less thus indirectly helps you in managing your finances. Nonetheless, if you are new to this concept, downsizing and decluttering would be a predicament. But looking at the bright side, living in a tiny house is your ticket to financial stability. Since you need and spend less, you will be able to save more. Expenses for house maintenance and utilities will be minimized. Additionally, you only need to clean a small area hence saving you more time and effort. Such extra time would then be used for your productivity or your needed rest.
To address such demand, Arkix3d came up with another compact, small house design idea: The Boris House Model. This small house plan is a one-bedroom detached house with a total floor area of 22 square meters. Because of its wooden presentation, residents would have a chance to live closer to nature especially if your property is located in an urban area. With white as its main color, it gives a sense of perfection and protection. Shed-type roofing is used for cost-effective construction and customization. The interior has an open layout for the living, dining, and kitchen area to maximize the space. Every area is carefully organized to provide a comfortable dwelling, that is, the color selection and the furniture arrangement. Comfort is essential for a home to aid residents with their rest so that they will be recharged and able to face another stressful day at work.

Labor and Material Estimated Cost
The final build cost depends on the quality of the selected materials and where the building is located. There are two ways of estimating: detailed estimate and area method. We are using the area method since this is the fastest way without detailed drawing. By area method, just calculate the total floor area and multiply it from PHP 15,000 per square meter to PHP 18,000 per square meter. Thus, the house design estimation cost ranges from PHP 330,000 – PHP 396,000 (USD 6,600 – 7,920 ). This is just a rough estimation. It is recommended to ask for cost estimates in detail from an Architect, Engineer, or Contractor.
